• All generated content should be clearly identifiable as AI-generated when required by law

4. Commercial Use Guidelines

Generated videos may be used for commercial purposes, subject to these guidelines:

• Permitted: Marketing, advertising, social media, presentations, educational content
• Permitted: Client work and agency projects
• Not Permitted: Reselling videos as stock footage or templates
• Not Permitted: Creating competing AI video generation services
• Not Permitted: Mass generation for spam or low-quality content farms

5. System Abuse

You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or promotions

6. Content Moderation

We employ both automated and human review processes to enforce this policy:

• Permanent Termination: Account termination without refund for serious violations
• Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement for illegal content

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, frequency, and intent of the violation.
